At Abroad to Doorstep, we aim to deliver quality products sourced directly from international markets. As part of our commitment to customer satisfaction, we offer limited returns under specific conditions.


🔁 Return / Exchange Eligibility

You may request an exchange or refund within 48 hours of receiving the product if:

  • The product is damaged or defective (e.g., doesn't function or is broken).

  • The item is incomplete (e.g., missing parts or accessories).

  • You received the wrong item, wrong size, or wrong color.

  • The product is significantly different from its description or image.

To file a complaint, contact us via our designated form or inbox with your order ID, photos, and a clear explanation.


🚫 Non-Returnable Conditions

Since our items are imported on-demand, returns are not accepted for the following reasons:

  • Change of mind after placing the order.

  • Dissatisfaction with material, texture, or style.

  • Incorrect selection of size, color, or model by the buyer.


Conditions for Accepting Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The product must be unused, unworn, and in original condition.

  • Original tags, invoice, and packaging must be included.

  • Items must be returned in the original undamaged packaging.

  • Do not place stickers or tape directly on branded boxes or labels.

We reserve the right to reject any return request that does not meet these conditions.
